Bristol Street Motors Citroen Derby were great because they had the perfect car for me at a good price, plus Chris and Rich were very helpful and knowledgeable. The trading in of my old car was very simple and I've also taken out servicing plans which will help spread the payments out meaning no big payments at the same time as my insurance goes out!

I had a great experience at Bristol Street Motors Citroen Derby because of the Sales person Rachel. Everything was very clear and she didn't make the error of over selling. Took her time to listen and delivered.
Nothing to do with Rachel - but slightly disappointed that the company didn't add a little extra as a gesture. EG flowers or car shampoo or enough petrol to get home. Think that would be good practice. Bought new cars from Lookers Liverpool for many years and this always happened.
